Returns
Of course, there may be a reason to return your order to us. Perhaps you accidentally ordered the wrong product or your package was delivered too late. You are responsible for returning the products. Pack them with care and choose a carrier of your choice. Of course, we can also help you create a return label. After receiving your return package, we will immediately assess and process the shipment. The purchase amount will be refunded via your chosen payment method. In addition, you will receive a credit note from us. So you will get your money back, no coupons, gift cards, etc.
